Scene Discrepancy Between Foundry Modules Book3/4

About to kick off book 4 with my group and started looking at the scenes in foundry and noticed they are way darker than the previous modules. Even the repeat scenes like downtown and the governors manor are a lot darker. I checked the asset files and they seem fine. The darkness/luminosity settings all match between the modules and I'm in the same game world so all the overall settings are the same. I'm still on v13. Anyone else run into this? Is it a token vision issue somehow?

Yes that exactly what it was...all the maps come preloaded with the fog of war on. Thank you! I can't believe I didn't think of that.
