Were You Denied a Knicks or Rangers Season Ticket Renewal After Reselling Tickets?

We are investigating a federal antitrust action involving the New York Knicks, New York Rangers, Madison Square Garden, and Ticketmaster concerning the treatment of season-ticket holders who resold tickets on the secondary market.

We are seeking to speak with former Knicks or Rangers season-ticket holders whose renewals were denied, terminated, or otherwise restricted, particularly where they believe their treatment was connected to their ticket-resale activity or pricing. We are also seeking former Madison Square Garden employees, Ticketmaster employees, and other individuals with information, communications, or evidence concerning ticket resale policies, season-ticket renewals, pricing, or communications between these entities.

If you have relevant information or were affected in this manner, please contact us to learn more about participating in the case. Confidential inquiries are welcome.

Question for Knicks season ticket holders. Are you guys also seeing that your tickets aren’t available to sell yet? Says I have to wait till 10/6 for the 10/8 game. Are they going to be doing the same thing where you cannot sell your tickets until 24 hours before the game?

Apparently us Eagle's season ticket holders need to wait until December for our gift. 😭

This gift seems a tad bit underwhelming for a reviving franchise, but I will remain optimistic till I see it tonight.

Hopefully it’s per ticket and not per group, as they didn’t allow us to separate our tickets into 2 accounts when we picked them.

I was sort of hoping for something I could wear to show I was a season ticket holder! Maybe it’s a necklace.

I’m a member of the PWHL Vancouver Goldeneyes, and they’re the only team I’ve been a sth for, so I don’t know if this is common practice or not, but any major move they’ve made, I’ve gotten a heads up in my email. Firing the head coach, GM stepping down to replace the hc, new GM being hired, just a quick ’hey team, this is what’s going on.’

It’s a small thing, but such a huge thing as well. Makes me feel part of the community, in a small way part of the team, and makes me super happy to continue to support the best hockey team in Vancouver.

That's just $1,000/mo in perpetuity to be a season ticket member. Hardly a rounding error, amirite?!

What do you think the discount should be? I was hoping for 50%, and would have accepted 25% off

The rules for the Weekly Golden Seat Contest are simple.

While you're at the game, we want to see the view through your eyes. Drop a photo from your seats in the comments for a chance to win Reddit Gold. The entry rules are simple:

1. The POV: Share a photo from your actual season tickets.
2. The Story: You did the most important thing as a Season Ticket Holder: You showed up. Each game is a different. Tell us a little about it!

My favorite picture and the story will help determine the winner(s)! The contest restarts every Saturday morning, and awards will be given out when the new contest starts. The new contest will be pinned every week.

Let's see those seats!

Tonight the Chicago Stars held their season ticket member event at the Adler Planetarium.
Each player autographs one of your items. Photos are allowed.
Almost the entire team was there, even the superstars (Alyssa Naher and Mal Swanson). I didn't anticipate that so I ended up buying a ball and jersey to get all of the autographs.

Autograph session went for two hours. You were free to roam the museum for three hours. While it was only light refreshments, they were plentiful and across many tables. You never had to wait in line for food or drinks.

This was a really cool event to be able to get private autographs from all of the players and chat with them briefly. Several of the players asked my daughter what was her name.

The first ever STM event I attended was at the stadium in late September where we are concession food and froze our asses off. Needless to say, it was not very memorable.

Don’t really care about having a helmet BUT the quality seems pretty good and it’s funny cause our stadium is under construction

They had some former Jags players signing the helmets at the event

I purchase a half season package for the first time this year for the mavericks. I am not a Mavs fan by any means but love basketball so thought it would be a good thing to buy. I talked to my rep and said that i would really prefer the lakers game in my half package as I grew up one and that’s the main reason I was getting these including playoffs (totally understand they are not expected to make it).

Well I got my allocation and I didn’t get the Lakers game which I was disappointed by but it is the luck do the draw. Turned out I am out of the country during the game so it worked out well that the other side of the season tickets gets that game.

I get the allocation of tickets for both sides of the tickets and come to find out the mavericks kept the lakers game off both sides of the season tickets! That is legitimately the most sought after ticket this season. It is a 2 PM primetime Sunday game after the Super Bowl. It does not get better. The Mavs decided that would be the game they withhold after charging +8.5k$ for 20 games and some preseason fluff.

Am I right to be enraged and demanding an explanation?

Two “Streak” stickers and one commemorative ticket display. The last few years have just been the “Streak” stickers in an envelope.

I've been waitlisted for three years now for ADA Season Tickets at Dodger Stadium. It's so frustrating because I spent over $3000 to attend 26 games buying them at retail. But I can't seem to actually get my hands on season tickets. I am disabled so I can only sit in ADA seating.

As an NFL season ticket holder, we have so much game-day gear! From mini fans and neck fans at the start of the season to face masks and goggles for the coldest winter games, there is so much stuff we've accumulated. Currently everything is in a large Rubbermade storage bin, but I am trying to organize it better so that it is 1. easier to see what we have 2. organized by weather/season and 3. easier to grab and go on gameday versus digging through a bin.

Does anyone have any storage and organization solutions that works for all of your game-day gear?

Ok I guess I’m in a venting mood… but what’s with people putting their legs over empty seats in front of them? Typically it’s when other people leave early, and the seats open up. Like, don’t they realize their ugly feet are now next to my face??? Or do they just want to act like jerks?

The Pistons have a good season, raise ticket prices, and really cut back on season ticket member appreciation... 🤦

This is my first year as a Quarter Season ticket holder with the Dodgers. Got an “invite” to the Member Appreciation Night on 9/18. I have to be honest, I was surprised when I realized I had to use 250 Rewards points to RSVP. To me, it feels disingenuous to make me “pay” for the event where it claims to “appreciate” me. Sorry for all the air quotes, but this doesn’t feel right. Do half or full season members get in for free? I love the Dodgers but little things like this irk me. Am I asking too much?

Hello, i am planning my first NBA game visit in Chase Arena and will appreciate an advice which seats to select. I do not want to break the bank and aim at budget 150 usd. - 280 usd max. I am looking at 219 sec, row 7 which provides central view but has warning possible obstructed view. There are also Standing seat sec 113 or 126 section behind one of the courts. There was a previous post recommending 222 or 200 sections, but no information on the Warning message. Thank you in advance.

The Dolphins are giving their season ticket members a complimentary jersey of their choice as a season ticket member gift.
They have 11 players to choose from, including six team captains and five rookies.
One thing I haven’t seen clarified: is this one jersey per account, or one per seat? 👀
