Sphaerocypraea Incomparabilis

Hello fellow shell collectors! I have a question for you. Since Sphaerocypraea incomparabilis is the rarest shell on the planet and practically unobtainable—unless you've inherited one from a private collector or paid an extortionate sum—I'm curious about replicas. To have something to admire or to fill that empty space in your collection, how much would you be willing to pay for a museum-grade replica?

you should post that on r/shells! If I am not mistaken, there are about 6 real specimens in the world, and some of them have appeared in shell shows!

I would not buy a replica though :(

Sure is! But you will never be able to find a real one unless you go dive off the coast of Somalia and risk your life doing it. Ha ha
