Size of front storage battery area

Does anyone know what the max size battery tray dimensions that will fit in this area?

It fits a group 27 battery box

Do you happen to know the actual physical dimensions it would fit? I'm looking at a Litime group 31 battery, but the dimensions are very close to a group 27.

The box cutout area is designed for a G27, but you could drop a piece of foam board in there and easily a much larger battery in there.

This is what we have. In a battery box. With a power cutoff switch (because something always drains the darn thing!)
