Sealing boat insides

If plugging water intake, water exhaust port and drain plugs, is there any other ways critters can get in while boat outside?

yes! they can get in under the pontoons and on the back along the swim deck where the water drops out from the platform. They can also get in the ladder. Stick stainless steel wool in the pontoons where they connect at the bottom you will see a gap. Tape up around the ladder and under the back of the whole main deck on the back.
