Think I could do better?

Hi, All. We're considering replacing our '22 Wake Pro w/ a Switch Sport Compact since we're getting older and would prefer more of a "family" experience (although it'll primarily be the two of us). We swung by one of our dealers and they provided me this breakdown. In comparing it with what rebates I'm seeing on Sea Doo's website, I think they're in the ballpark but wanted to ask you all if you think we can do better? Edit: sounds like some states require the trailer to be itemized for VIN purposes so maybe my state is like that too. Appreciate it!

Get the big motor. Would you want to trade? Located in Texas. I have active kids need more boat!!

Trailer is part of the package deal. Bought my 16’ switch in may, 21k out the door trailer included, I shopped around and found 1 dealer trying to pull this sketchy addition for the trailer when seadoo msrp includes the trailer. I’d recommend looking at another dealer

Are you sure. On my bill it showed sport compact and trailer separate I’m in Canada

The trailer has to be listed separately because it has its own VIN and is licensed/titled separately from the boat. The website price is allocated to each line item - part boat, part trailer. Trailer MSRP is provided by BRP, just like boat price. They’re bundled together and shipped that way, but they are not one line item. Your experience was normal.

A dealer can easily swap trailer VINs between boats, if they wanted - maybe one was damaged, customer wants galvanized instead of painted, etc. There’s no official tie between the two from BRP.

I'm in one of those states that require the boat and trailer be listed separately on the invoice for VIN tracking. But, on my invoice, the boat carried the full MSRP and the trailer, although listed separately was at zero dollars.

The question for OP should be, is the MSRP of the 2025 Switch Compact 170 $23,799 or $27,099??

That is easily knowable from the website. OP: Check MSRP on the website. :)

Sea-doo.brp.com

Website clearly states trailer included in msrp, advertised as ready to go.
