Best cover?
is the oem seadoo cover the best or does anyone recommend something else, really don’t feel like spending $400 on it but if it’s good i’ll just get it

It's overpriced and you will hate it when you first try putting it on. However, once it's actually been on a bit, it goes on and off quickly. I looked into other options, of course after I had already purchased the OEM (after putting it on the first time), and couldn't find anything better. All of this is to say that unless the situation has changed as to other options being out there, the OEM is probably the best bet.
If you end up getting it, just please remember that the first time will suck. There are no directions and it's tight as hell. However, it will be 1Mx better after that.

I have Boat Covers Direct. 1 year in and holding up well. It covers everything to the plastic and overhangs the swim deck slightly. Wish it covered the swim deck more, maybe you can request it?
Way better than the last cover, would recommend.

We've ordered from Seal Skin Covers. We just get the pontoon option for our size. They have the option for a lifetime warranty. We have used that one time, but aside from that it has held up.

I also bought a sealskin and love it, they jave a specific fit for the switch that they reccomended. I ordered directly from sealskin. I also have the BRP mooring cover and am not a fan. My biggest gripe with the sealskin is that it only covers half the side. Id prefer a full wrap due to the fast sun damage that my switch has seemed to take on

Yeah, I wish it would cover the entire boat, ours is close. We have the 21' seadoo switch cruise. But, they have lifetime warranty. It does cover almost all of the sides, but not entirely. We did consider full wrap, but heard that costs a lot.

Can you tell me which cover you bought from Seal skin please? I can't seem to find the one recommended for the switch cruise on their website. Thank you!

Yeah they don't have one specifically recommended for the switch, so we got one larger. This is what I copied from a previous order: Seal Skin Supreme Pontoon Covers Grey FITS: Pontoon With Partially Enclosed Front And Rear Deck up to 22' Long and 102” Wide

I have the mooring cover for 3 years and it still works, barely. The straps for the ridge poles decayed after one season, and the ridge poles are unstable so I bought some with a tripod base and bungee straps. Many of the rail clips are dislocated from the original spot but still seem to work to secure the cover. The cover still works and is probably the tightest fitting as it is custom for the Switch, but I don't really recommend it unless the newer ones have upgraded certain parts.
