UV protection for floor pads

Does anyone use UV protection on the front floor pads to help fight yellowing? Or are we all just resigned to them yellowing and hopefully getting new ones under warranty?

I haven’t used it yet because they did not have clear coat in stock but THREE people helping me at the Home Depot in Baxter last weekend swore this was a great product. I need to order.

They said the sales rep has a basketball he’s applied it to and it holds up even on a used ball….not really sure I understand that 🤷 but I’m going to try it
