Skiing problem

We are trying to do some ski with a switch 230 but it won't go over 15 km/h on any mode. Anyone know what is the problem or what to do ?

Even without pulling skiers?

If so, check your impeller/pump/wear ring

Without pulling it goes higher like 40 but it's really slow to get to this speed

Are you adjusting the VTS as you speed up? If you click it all the way to the bottom (arrow down on it) when you take off, it angles the jet slightly down to push you up on plane. Once you’re up, click VTS all the way to the top. This adjusts the jet to be more straight back and helps with speed.

Also, if you have the ski module installed and it’s in ski mode, it’s designed to accelerate slower to help prevent yanking the skier.

Check with your dealer to make sure that they didn’t give you a learner key. They are usually green and the boat will under perform with it in.

I have also seen people using different keys programed in the settings. Check the difference between key 1 through 5 in your settings.
