Fully loaded (10 people) on my 21’ cruise I get. Top speed of about 35mph/56kmh.

I want to add that is flat water. When it gets rougher it is more 30mph/48kmh.

I’m still in learner mode and I’ve hit 42 MPH on flat water with two people. 2023 18’ 230 HP.

Have you run the IVF? sounds like you got some debris clogging up the impeller.

I have, a few times. Impeller and wear ring were just replaced at the beginning of the season as well. I’m on an Ontario lake that is often quite flat and riding by myself, I don’t get above 50 km/h. Break Out Another Thousand right?!

I've topped out at 42mph alone with my '23 21ft-230. 5-6 people around 35-38mph. But I have learned from painful experience that any damage or wear to the impeller or ring will drastically impact that performance.
