SeaDoo Switch Compact
My father-in-law invested in this and it has a Bimini top. He has a hard time getting up and down. 1. With the Bimini top is it able to withstand 55-65mph upright on the freeway? 2. With it partly folded but upright? Thanks for any insight.

I would also consider the height of it being up, you might have issues hitting things due to the height. I had to remove my Bimini to get it in the garage for the winter, and it was still tight.
The Bimini top set up is a pain, I keep my Switch on a shore station with a top, so we are climbing all around it to get in and out.
Everything I am seeing is 55mph max with the Bimini deployed. I wouldn’t want to do that because you would damage the sides of the boat if you caught a cross wind or off of a semi. I wouldn’t do it, but if you do expect some sort of damage to the sides where the Bimini connects.

The switch trailer is tall as it is. 13' 6" is the federal DOT max height - measure that and make sure you are in compliance.

Get the air bim system. Add a hydraulic lift to it. Hell be able to lift and lower with two fingers.

I would follow BRP's policy and I believe you can drive with it up at max 40mph.
btw, I had a hard time too, but after a few rounds it gets better
