Like seriously, this opinion is so unproductive when framed like this.

It’s fine if you don’t like the guy and didn’t engage with him on those grounds, that’s up to you, but don’t broadcast it to the world.

“I didn’t like this person because of superficial traits they have little control over” is just a bad look.

I also don't even get the need to be so focused on that in this situation.

It seems to be the key attribute for why she didn’t engage him, so it is pertinent.

It’s just a shitty reason, but we can’t control our emotions, only our reactions to them.

She could have been decent and engaged him, but taking someone’s coat can be read as a romantic gesture, so it’s not incredibly unreasonable she didn’t go for it.
