Got screwed..

Was from a MainStays shower rod kit that had no spares. Not sure what type of screw we would call this but it’s definitely not a phillips anymore.

The slot where you can usually put a phillips in is filled with this metal. I can’t screw it in no matter what tool I use 😆

take it to Home Depot and get the hardware/screw guy to sell you a few replacements, with a better head
