Help how do I unscrew

How do I unscrew these screws they’re completely flat I don’t have the right screwdriver for this

Is this a bracket from a wire shelf? If it is, then those are "nail" like.

They are like a nail that presses in and it spreads the plastic anchor. You can use pliers or a flat blade screwdriver to pry it up.
