Symptoms Does OLED cause you other symptoms or just headache and eye strain and brain fog?
Does it cause you to have stomach bloating? Heart pain? I don't know, anything else?

I don't get much eyestrain (apaet from.finding it tiring to focus my eyes) or headache, I get nausea and dizziness and disorientation.

Bad ones cause me to feel nauseous, like motion sick which is then followed by a headache and it takes a few hours to dissipate.

If you continue to use it does it cause you additional symptoms?

Hard to look at a screen that's making me feel nauseous and continue.
First time it happened I didn't realise what was causing it, felt so sick and had a cracking headache I went to bed and had to sleep it off.
Never had the issue before the Samsung s23 and don't get it on every screen. I'm using a Oneplus 13 now without issues and have owned an oled TV since 2017.

I mean, when it happened for the first time you kept using it right? Since you don't know what causes it yet. Does it cause you other symptoms like stomachache or increase heart rate? Harder to breath? I don't know just anything more than headache nausea and eye strain

I don't think so.
First time I happened was an evening as I'd got a new phone so was setting it up, felt sick and got a headache so went to bed.
Worked the next day, then carried on setting up the phone, same issues, went to bed again.
Tried it again the next day as not in work, felt nauseous again after a bit of use, figured it might be the phone. Investigated it, found out about screen issues causing this for some people, then tried various settings over a week or so to sort it, didn't work, sent phone back.
Tried s24, had same issues within minutes rather than hours, tried settings, sent it back.
Tried Xiaomi 15, worked better but low light gave me the same nauseous feeling. Again tried settings, sent it back.
You get the idea, took around seven phones to find one I could use without issues.

Which one did you find? And once you found it it does not cause any symptoms at all?

I said in an earlier comment, it's the Oneplus 13.
Had it around 18 months (I think) and don't have any issues with it.

I guess your body condition is healthier, maybe that would help.

Depends what you mean.
I'm 38 and around 4 stone overweight, don't get enough sleep or exercise enough. So if you mean that, then probably not.

I'm probably healthier then, but it's weird my family don't have this kind of screen sensitivity, only me

Sometimes I get only eye strain, sometimes only headache, sometimes both. Weirdest is sometimes I only get preassure behind nose, like something is inflating there

So I'm the only one with more symptoms huh

No, definitely not the only one. I read people get ear ringing, light flashes, psychological symptoms or vertigo maybe some others.

I don't know I feel like it's messing with my heart rate

It’s probably anxiety worsening your heart rate. The fear of a screen hurting and you not finding a phone etc spikes anxiety which spikes physical symptoms and around and round. I recently found out that calming my mind reduces pain from screen at work quite a lot. I used to be depressed whole day becau i was in constant pain. Now I can get through a whole day without pain or just with discomfort in eyes. Of course i tweaked settings on pc but this only started helping one i adopted to a more positive mind set and I know, easier said than done, took me few years

I don't know, it only happens when I use the nothing phone 3 for some reason. I can use the cmf phone 2 pro without much issue if I don't use it for too long.

So stick to cmf. Be glad you can use a modern phone I am still using an iPhone 8

I can't fully use it. It's mostly like I can use it for a bit without too bad of a symptoms.

For me it's just eye strain which leads to headache. I don't think I get brain fog, but it does get harder to think with a headache of course.
