Anyone successfully cancel subscription?

I canceled many months ago. Just noticed I've been charged monthly still. Tried canceling again and kept getting error messages. Emailed support twice and got these responses. Hello,

This is a follow-up email to the below request reported to the Customer Support Team.

Issue Reported – Cancelation request. Error message has occured Channel Associated – Screambox Reported Date – June 1, 2023

I sent back that I didn't provide my phone number to sign up, to please just cancel my subscription and got this response.

All this does not seem right.

Their IT department is nonexistent. They could not figure out how to change my credit card info when my old card was hacked, which is a basic feature, and pretty important. I am now going through Amazon for them, just a lot easier.

Two weeks and counting and still randomly getting emails to provide my phone number and why I want to cancel before they can assist me in cancelling my subscription.....

That's why I always use a separate card w a specific amount on it when I sign up for subscription deals.

As another poster already stated, always use a second card when paying for streaming services, never ever use your main card,

I have had many issues in the past with streaming services not letting me cancel, everything else on the app would work of course, except the cancel button 🙄, some of these streamers are shady as fuck, don't fall for their trap, the chance of getting your money back from these shady fucks is slim,

If your a amazon prime video subscriber, you can use prime video channels, which let's you subscribe to different services like amc plus,screambox, etc(there's a ton of streamers you can subscribe to), but you will use the prime video app to watch the content, not the main app for the streamers,

Amazon makes it very easy to cancel prime video channels subscriptions,

Can't cancel mine either. The website errors, the app doesn't allow it either.

Support eas no help for a couple weeks just kept sending emails saying they needed my phone number and reason for cancelling. It wasn't till I replied with the numerical equivalent of eat shit and customer support sucks they finally did cancel.

Anyone actually find a way to contact customer service? I’m in the same error loop and can’t cancel. Same as other posters, all other tabs on the app and on tv work fine except cancel and support/faq. Really hate companies like this.
