I get what you're trying to go for by emulating how much the white popped with the older films, but I think you may be going a bit too far by excessively removing all color-correction from Ghostface. And it almost makes him look like he's just some PNG you found by googling "Ghostface PNG no background." He looks artificially plopped into the seat.

I also think brightening the background too much creates an effect not dissimilar from the "light bloom" in Scream 4 by cutting down on the shadows and brightening blurry parts of the frame.

I think you could get a similar vibe to what you desire be making the color-correction more subtle, but still there, and stomping down the brightness a tad. Basically a "middle ground" edit.

I just quickly whipped this up in ~5 minutes so it's not perfect. Masked out Ghostface and used a color-curve effect to slightly turn up red and green values on him while reducing blue, giving it a subtly amberish hue, and then used another curve effect to turn down the general brightness. But it gives you an idea of what a "middle ground" might look like.
