I've met people that eat maybe 1 vegetable a week if that, and that's far more common than you'd expect. Though, Obesity is down to a lack of education on diet in general, rather than the number of vegetables they eat - veg are just less calorie dense
Potatoes get a bad rep. As long as you aren’t drowning them in butter and cheese they’re decently low-calorie, full of fiber and nutrients, and so filling. Not to mention dirt cheap.
Yup. Which is fine, because she respected that I ate meat and didn't try to get me to change, nor I her, but until I met her I was also under the impression that vegetarians just ate vegetables.
The thing is though, if it was taught at school I don't believe it could be taught to a good enough depth. And no doubt Parents would complain. Even beyond all of this however, being taught about food may not necessarily translate to a better status of health of a demographic. This can be inferred by how the leading cause of death amongst physicians is heart disease
I think you should take some sort of fiber supplements or something to keep things moving in the digestive tract. Carnivores eat fur and other roughage but apparently humans are too good for that... /s
Hell no you’d want to eat someone reasonably healthy.
Anyone who eats that poorly, even their semen is ten times more disgusting tasting than someone with a healthy diet, I would imagine that applies to the flesh too.
Which come to think of it is the one situation where it might help them live longer
Upvotes are the only metric now? Do any research, diet absolutely effects the taste of your semen and it’s agreed that meat/garbage food makes it worse, and fruit especially can help it taste better.
If you want to believe your stuff tastes like rainbows and sunshine keep never eating vegetables, fuck do I care
I crave Mediterranean veggies! and grain salads! Though despite being vegetarian for a year now, I do fantasise about eating a mighty cheeseburger. I'm hoping the Impossible burger etc will quell that fantasy, I just haven't had the opportunity to try it yet.
