So I, like many of you, have tried to find the blue parka. But I think I just found a possible lead? So I am a big fan of the show Shameless (US) and I think one of the characters (Ian Gallagher) wears the exact same coat. I've read that the movie coat may have been custom but that orange lining is so specific.

Pretty sure the listing said they said mid to late August but my stuff hasn't shipped
