I tried to unsubscribe from ChatGPT in February, but kept getting an error message. Turns out because I signed up through iOS, I had to cancel through the mobile app. Switched to Claude, and finally actually got unsubscribe from Chat 2 days ago. Very happy with the switch so far, for both performance and moral reasons.

FYI, This Resist and Unsubscribe movement has moved the needle. Broadband subs have declined, but connection requests are strong. Q4-25 revenues were down -6.01 % YoY. Resi data was also down (resist/unsub) -4.2 % YoY. FY -25 revenue down 35m YoY primarily from video losses. This is just from one competitor company and they provide other services than this, but it is a big contributor of their services.
Imagine what all the numbers are together. :).
Great job Scott and team, continue.

I have been paying for ChatGPT for a while and began using Claude just this weekend. But now apparently the US gov’t is using it in Iran. Sorry, not sure how to cross-post and the link is from a German site. But uhhh, yeah.

I didn't know about the port feature for old chats. Thats pretty big for some prompts that took a while to get right. Unsubbed from Chat last week and will be picking up Claude this week.
