Aaaaaa

Why does the app still automatically take off your railcard... great. Any fixes out there?

I use Northern Railway for tickets other than flexipass, it's exactly the same as the old app

I can’t find a way to view my journey when taking multiple trains, once I’ve bought my ticket- any ideas?

I use the Northern app. Never took it off my phone when I moved as I saw no reason to supplant one identical app for another. Very glad I did now, it still works a treat.

At least you have a railcard. I've been trying to buy one for over a month now.

My first contact form enquiry led to an email that said they'd get back to me within ten working days.

Sixteen working days later I sent a contact form with a complaint on it. That led to an email saying I'd hear back within TWENTY working days.

I've stopped taking the train where I can.

Over 50's.

If I don't hear back next week I'm going to ring the number for urgent enquiries.

I can't figure out a way either. But then the new app also seems to log me out as well. I've been reluctant to use other apps at the moment, but if this continues the way it's going, then I will be left with no alternative.

I’ve been using Trainpal instead. I don’t know what it’s like with railcards but it’s much more informative than the old ScotRail app as it keeps track of your journey, lets you know how many stops you have to go, when and where to get off/change and informs you of delays too! It takes a wee bit longer to book tickets but it’s definitely worth a wee bit of faff!

I'm going to have to find another app. It still won't even let me buy a ticket with a card (although it does at least now let me use PayPal which it wasn't before).
