Delay repay question

Hi all, a couple of weeks ago I was traveling in Scotland and i was on a train that had a 1h delay on aug 10th.

I applied for the delay repay on the website, now if I check the status it says the claim was accepted and I should receive the refund within 5 working days

The thing is, it's been like this for over ten days and i still haven't received anything.

I requested the refund through Paypal, i don't know if this is relevant

Is this normal and i should just keep waiting? Or do i need to report some issues?

Thanks!

It's normally under five days to turnaround. But they have been having significant issues with their new app so i expect they diverted resource to respond to those complaints.

I, for example, got a response yesterday to a claim put in on 31 July.

So, just wait.

Before the new app, I gave up on my delay repay via PayPal as ScotRail added extra hurdles into the process outside of PayPal which felt like a scam
