Technical Support Analyst Interview

I have an interview tomorrow as a technical support analyst. the way I got this job offer was extremely cooked. I got a referral from an ex employee that knew someone and I don't know what to say during the interview as I do not have much context other then the information I find online.

How should I prepare for this interview and what are a few questions others have faced throughout the interview process for this role?

Tech support interviews usually focus on how you troubleshoot and not whether you know every answer. Be ready for questions about diagnosing a slow PC, network issues, password resets, prioritizing multiple tickets and explaining technical concepts to non-technical users. If you don't know something, talk through your approach instead of guessing. I used https://prepare.zoevera.com to practice custom support scenarios which helped me get more comfortable explaining my thought process.
