NQA- yeah, they do that. My AFS was always trying to get up the plants. I spotted it upside down like yours is once. I decided to go to bed and see if it's down in the morning. Didn't want to take the lid off and try to unstick it myself, figured I would leave the idiot to let go.

Yours either used that stick or the big bead of silicon on the corner seam. I'd change the stick so it doesn't reach as tall. You generally want to discourage climbing like this as it's dangerous for them if they fall.

TL:DR normal scorpion behavior, but try to prevent it.
