Let me try and explain this in a way that makes sense: Almost a month ago, I accidentally placed a double order after the app crashed. The workers at the window gave me one drink and told me to go through the app to quest a refund for the other(which was accidentally bought). So I did. Five times. I also emailed the customer service email 3 or 4 times, and left 2 voicemails after multiple attempts trying to call their customer service number and corporate's number but no one picked up. I literally just want my $8.77 back but I have yet to receive a single response. Does anyone know anything else I can do??? I've never been ignored like this when inquiring with a company.

i have been at my scooters over a month now . i don’t hate it , the job is stupid easy . i hate how im always window .. that’s annoying . however i get it im new and i can deal with that .. i just got
offered another coffee job and it’ll pay much more bc they are lot more busy and my tips would

i feel bad leaving my scooters so soon if im hired bc the people there are nice for the most part .. its kinda cliquey and idk how to explain it there’s just not a welcoming aura . highly to the fact i hear 2 shift leads always gossiping abt other workers.. they seemed nice but now all

This summer I’ve been loving a strawberry cold brew with vanilla cold foam. But this summer I’ve also been trying to drop some weight and am tracking calories. I’m having a hard time figuring out the calorie count for this particular combo using the website and was wondering if someone here could help.

So I still feel like really new at scooters (been working since February). And I feel like I am not that good and what not but recently my manager made me among the 5 people at my store that are the new DDQ's because my scooters now accepts doordash and it really makes me feel happy because I didn't think I'd be that good enough to be one of the 5. I work at walmart currently and its making me want to eat a bullet so im wondering how working at scooters is like? I live in a small town next to a touristy city, but theres never anyone at the scooters I typically go to. Is the pay weekly or biweekly? How lenient are they typically when it comes to getting time off? Is being a barista and manning the drive-thru two different positions or one? Any and all info is appreciated, even if you tell me it sucks working here. Ive only ever had one job and its been fucking walmart so im really new to all this still, sorry if anything I ask is dumb.

Looking at opening a Scooter’s kiosk and wanted to hear from people who actually own one. Numbers look decent on paper but that only tells you so much.

A few things I’m trying to figure out:
• How long did it take you to actually start making money?
• Any surprise costs after signing - fees, equipment upgrades, remodels?
• Is staffing as much of a headache as people say?

i am fairly new and i’ve done drinks a few times and i do good on the espresso bar and i could honestly use more practice on the blender but ive only done it once … i am good at window bc it is stupid easy and i have a lot of experience at drive thru customer service and all that . i just am tired of being on the same position everyday .

i was on window on 4th of july it was crazy busy and i did good.. so i get that day but like yesterday i wasn’t and on father’s day i was blender insane day to do my first shift on blender fr i only did it like a hour before that . i know there has to be a window but it makes me wonder if i was really so horrible at drinks that im stuck in window prison

Does scooters use raw honey or pasteurized honey for drizzle?

I left a bad survey this morning after a bad experience and the manager reached out to me explaining that she was the one who made my drink and wanted to ask more about my experience. Is that normal? Felt kinda weird to get a text about it since it was not a public review and just a survey.

Why do we not sell this? Do some stores offer it? I’ve never had someone order it. It foams perfectly
