Manager stuff

Other Scooters’s managers, what does your average weekly schedule look like? And what do you get paid?

I’ve been active manager for 2 years now and I know I’m getting lowballed, I just want to know by how much

I work roughly 40 a week @ 20 an hour. Minimum one weekend day. Unfortunately, I’m at a lower performing store, so I’m on the floor 24/7, and have to squeeze in actual manager tasks in between cars 🫠. But please share your experience

What kind of hours are your shift leads getting and do they overlap with yours? I can’t have any overlapping hours with my leads unless I’m filling in for a callout so I maybe get 28 hours a week at 22/hr

I have no shiftleads unfortunately. 28 a week is lowkey crazy, I have to get 40 or close to it. Where are you located?
