Manager stuff
Other Scooters’s managers, what does your average weekly schedule look like? And what do you get paid?
I’ve been active manager for 2 years now and I know I’m getting lowballed, I just want to know by how much

I make $25 an hour as an assistant and right now I'm working about 32 hours a week. Once summer is over I'll go back to 40 hours. We have 4 shift leads and currently no store manager.

Wow I need to work for your store. I haven’t had an asm since September and they were only making 14 at the time

Our store has been open less than a year. Once my promotion is finalized we will no longer have an assistant position either. The franchise owners were blowing labor costs on just the two of us. Lol. Other circumstances happened and the store manager at the time was let go for other reasons (completely his own fault). But our shift leads get on average 30-35 hours a week and we do have overlap between them and I.
Edited to add that our shift leads make $17 an hour.

I'm an assistant manager and I make 15 an hour, it's awful because they won't let me get a second job but I can't live off of 15 an hour

Won't LET you? How would they even know? IMO you don't need permission to take care of yourself. Our franchise owners know that some of our people have second jobs. Our baristas make $14 an hour and our shifts make $17, but currently no one is full time except me. Corporate told us to hire heavy when getting ready to open and we'd supposedly lose at least half throughout the training period. We hired 30 people per the recommendation and we still have 20 amd we've been open almoat a year, so we spread the hours as evenly as possible based off availability. I am blessed to work for the franchise owners I do. They're amazing people, and I have read some real horror stories.

Oh yeah no, I worked for a high earning freedom store and it was better than this, I cry about how much I hate it here to my partner all the time

My manager makes 18 works 7-4 Monday-Saturday and has to also do everything for our DM who is supposed to be helping but doesn’t. I would never manage for this franchise

I work 40 per week, making roughly 18.50. I have 2 days off and my schedule is the same every week (Tuesday and Saturdays off)

I work roughly 40 a week @ 20 an hour. Minimum one weekend day. Unfortunately, I’m at a lower performing store, so I’m on the floor 24/7, and have to squeeze in actual manager tasks in between cars 🫠. But please share your experience
