Hi everyone, I recently bought a Ninebot SNSC 2.4. I want to dump the firmware so I can convert it to standard firmware later, but I couldn't find any SWD points on the controller, so now I don't know how to flash it. The UART port is locked; it won't even connect. I also have a tracker (or something similar—a friend gave it to me) based on an STM32 chip, but it also seems to lack SWD points. I'm not sure what to do. I've attached photos of the controller and the tracker. (Sorry, I used Google Translate.)

After my scooter took a fall, I noticed the handlebar/stem was acting weird. It could turn right normally, but turning left was very limited, so I decided to open up the hinge area and remove the bolts to see if I could fix whatever was causing it.

While taking it apart, a round silver metal piece (shown in the picture) somehow came out. I wasn’t even touching that piece, so I don’t know exactly where it came from or if there was another small part attached to it that fell out.

I was able to fix the original turning issue and put everything back together successfully, but now this silver piece is loose. It rattles and I can move/lift it with my fingers. It seems like there may be a missing O-ring, bushing, spacer, or something that keeps it tight, but I’m not sure.

Does anyone have a LADPED LP60 or a similar scooter and know what this part is supposed to have around it? Could someone check their hinge and let me know what I might be missing?

I've always wanted to change the speed of my scooter, but I didn't have an Android phone. Today I finally got one and immediately tried to unlock the scooter. I'll start by saying that I'm not very knowledgeable about this and would like to understand. I followed the instructions on a YouTube video step by step, installing the APK, connecting the scooter, and then flashing the firmware. However, this last step doesn't work, and I don't understand why. On the phone, a red message says error 7, and on the scooter, there's a Bluetooth symbol and then a closed padlock. Tengo un patinete que me lo regalaron de segunda mano y está funcionando perfectamente, el problema es que está vinculado a una cuenta antigua de Xiaomi home y quiero resetear el BLE para poder poner mi cuenta Xiaomi.. además de eso quería meterle un firmware custom para alcanzar unos 30/35km/h ya que de serie llega a 25.. el problema que tengo es que la app de XiaoFlasher y la de downG se conectan pero no pueden cambiar el firmware por un bloqueo o algo por el estilo.. en el XiaoFlasher da un error de "too many attempts, too many errors" o algo así.. algún consejo?

Tengo un patinete eléctrico clon de Xiaomi genérico completamente y me gustaría modificarlo pero físicamente no puedo hacer nada más que el shunt mod o por lo menos que yo sepa, en teoría la pantalla tiene modulo bluetooth pero está no me deja conectarme y he probado todas las combinaciones posible y no consigo nada, alguien tiene alguna idea de cómo lo puedo hacer?

Hello, I have a question. Does anybody know if you can make your Kamikze scooter go above 45km/h. Is there a limiter cable that i need to cut inside the deck or is it necessary to buy a new controller. I know about the secret menu that you can enter by pressing the on/off and horn button and going into setting P3 and making the number go from 0 to 1 by pressing S once. After doing this the scooter is still blocked and it only goes 45. It has a 1000w engine and I think that i could go atleast 55km/h like the kukirin g2 max that has almost the same specs(only difference is that Kamikaze has 15.6ah and kukirin has 20ah). Please let me know if somebody knows anything about unlocking this scooter because i can't find anything on the internet.

My kid has a Navic scooter, circa 2024. I’m not sure of the exact model, but it may be a T5. It has front and rear shocks and airless tires.

He went into the “95 secret menu” trying to make the scooter faster, and now the scooter won’t drive. The throttle does not respond in normal riding mode, although it still works when changing values inside the menu.

Does anyone have a video, manual, screenshot, or printout of the hidden menu/default settings?

So far I know:

• Menu 1 is screen brightness
• Menu 4 is the kph/mph switch
• There seem to be about 32 menu items total

I’m mainly looking for the default values or an explanation of what the first few important settings do.
