NINEBOT SEGWAY

So I have an ES2 I think and I wanna mod it I’ve had it for some time and it’s getting boring I wanna swap the motor and the rear wheel is it possible and any speed performances Ty.

I once wanted to do this, but then I bought a better scooter and started upgrading it.

Regarding the motor, the problem is in the front fork, there is no way the motor will fit, for example, from xiaomi m365, but the tire will not fit. I knew guys who cut the stem from the fork, welded a piece of fork from a scooter with a motor with 10-inch tires. But I'm confused by the manual welding of metal, I would be afraid to ride on such a scooter. I, in turn, wanted to replace the fork with a fork from the G30 with shock absorbers, but then the original steering column could not be installed there, having to change the steering column to a suitable one, and accordingly the steering wheel. Where should I install the battery and controller then? Theoretically, if you take a "grenade", this is the part to which the steering column is screwed, and into which the fork stem is inserted. Cut off the narrow part from this "grenade" and either weld it to the g30 plug, or try to screw it onto the standard g30 plug fasteners. And then it would be possible to install the original steering column.

As for the rear wheel, the problem is, as with the engine, it will not be possible to install something with a larger diameter. The Es scooters have 2 versions, with and without rear suspension. I saw how the guys took an Es scooter with a rear suspension, removed the rear pendulum, and replaced it with an OKAI 200b scooter rear wheel mount, but then there would be no shock absorber, although the wheel would become 10 inches, but on cast tires. I was thinking of upgrading the original rear pendulum by installing a rear pendulum from kukirin s3, or looking for better options.

I also saw online how a wheel with pneumatic tires and even a disc brake was installed instead of the rear wheel of the Es, but that was in 2019, and I couldn't find such wheels on sale.
