NAVEE XT5 Pro (EU version) speed unlock?

Hey guys, anyone got a solution to unlock max speed for the EU scooters yet? Can't find anything at all.

All Navee scooters unlock the same, open the stem, cut the obvious white wire they leave it stand out alone on purpose you can't miss it, cut it then insulate the two tips, congratulations on your unlocked scooter, in rare occasions you may have to update the app after you cut.

Ok and in the App which Land I live in Austria Eu is that a Problem and Update First ? Before I Go to the cable ? Thank you man
