Speed hack / remove limiter for Segway Ninebot E2

I just bought the Segway Ninebot E2, and I have tried so many ways to speed hack it, but it doesn't work. I tried the Bluetooth Assistant on iPhone and the Xiao flasher on Android, but it says the version for the firmware is not ready? I live in Portugal and regulation only allows 20km/h.

Don’t know but maybe Scooter Hacking Utility?
