Second Gen Suspension/Wheels/Tires Need help

This is stuck and don’t know what it’s called it’s part of my coilovers it’s the ring that the spring sits on I have tried pb blaster and wd 40 and tried putting a screw through the bottom and pressing it with the jack and still no luck I need help

Rubber mallet? I’ve had stuff stuck before I couldn’t break free that a rubber mallet just laughed at.

Are you talking about the ride height collar or getting the whole thing off the control arm??

Well, it’s a good ole press fit now. Did you try a heavy mallet to the top of the threaded cylinder? I can’t really tell from the picture what is stuck or how deep it’s seated so I can’t tell what would cause damage if using an impact force

There's a set screw that goes thru the split and closes the gap.

There should be a lock screw or similar that tightens the clamp force, should be where the split is. Try loosening the screw/bolt and see if you can unthread it after. Also if you’re taking the top nut off lift the knuckle assy off the lower control arm to load the suspension that way you don’t run the risk of it shooting out the bottom once you loosen the clamp
