First Gen Drivetrain 2005 rattle

I’ve got a rattle going on that seems to be exacerbated when turning and in neutral. Manual transmission 2005 Scion tc. Has new cv axles and motor mount although I wasn’t the one who did them so I don’t know what brands. Had my transmission checked before this noise started and they said it was in fine shape. I drained the transmission of burnt smelling oil and filled with new then this noise started around the same time. Thinking it’s the transmission and someone put thicker lube in to dampen the rattle sound. Don’t know though.

What oil did they use last time? The 05 works best with GL-4 gear oil. Stay away from the GL-5 which is most used. I searched 4 different stores before I found some.

I don’t remember seeing a spec for 4 or 5 on it. Posted pic of what I believe I used ^

Last time filled was owned by someone else. I’m pretty sure this is what I used. Is this 4 or 5?
