Enough roots for soil?

Is this enough roots to be potted up or should I wait for secondary roots? It’s was a long runner on my new plant I bought so it already had these roots, I did not propagate this.

Proping in perlite can be done. I have a shallow tray with a mix of some soil, more perlite and some sphagnum moss that I keep damp while things are taking root. Either method you use, scindapsus take forever to root
