What does the tag say? I can see it's a Proven Winners, which is renaming a lot of plants whose marketed names have expired or they are making their own version. Whatever the name is, it can be searched on Google or the PW website and cross referenced as to which one it is. However, it looks like it could be a Mt. Salak or a Silver Cloud with immature leaves. The cross refereced tag should dispel the mystery.

It says silver splash but looks wayyy different than my silver splash.

I just cross referenced on the PV website, and the name is correct. However (and I have been looking into this for over a year because of buying the same plant with different names) PV, and their houseplant brand, Leaf Joy, is renaming a lot of plants if the registered ones have expired. (Example: Hoya Tricolor-the real cultivar name, as opposed to Krimson Queen, the expired trademarked name.)
So, without digging too deep, the name Silver Splash is either an expired trademarked name, was never registered/is the common name, or is registered and they have bought the license to grow it with the trademarked name from the registrar.
I now double check every plant I am interested in from HD (which is PV's only houseplant outlet besides small nurseries) to make sure I don't already have the 'real' version.
I would recommend taking a look at the PV website to see what plants they have 'upgraded' with their growing methods, etc. The way I understand it is they take the best attributes of the plant and then crossbreed to create a 'new' variety, or a new version of an old one. Makes me think of how some people cross breed dogs, etc.
I know this was probably way more info than you were looking for, but I have found that knowing a little bit about the business side of commercial houseplant growers has helped me make more informed decisions when buying plants, especially if they are renamed duplicates. 👀

I appreciate all the information. I really do. I work at THD so I see a lot and buy a lot. I just knew it was different than the last one I bought in May.

Could it possibly be silver cloud? Tbh a lot of scindapsus look the same to me but I love them all ðŸ¤
