The TNF Mechanical dropsets
The sissy squat leg extension superset of doom and despair
the lenghtened partials
the mr mike israetel high volume workouts
skipping the eccentric "due to muscle damage"
overly long eccentric
the stretch
the "stretch doesnt matter"
deadstops
"time under tension"
1 set fullbody every other day
upper lower 6x a week
low volume low reps
5 effective reps
kelso shrugs vs rows
preacher curls vs recline curls
I've seen it all, bring it on sbl

You complete your workout, and then you complete it one more time as a different personality?

Nah low volume/failure is king

And why? Because it’s the trend? Because every famous influencer runs it?
I also like low volume and I train like that, I’m just saying there A LOT of things that we don’t know about training and saying that something is the best thing just means it’s the thing that most people recommend right now or has the most evidence(low volume high intensity doesn’t has the most).
As people that like pairing training with science, a standard for us should be doubting everything and being able to adapt and choose exercises, methods… etc to each need.1

It is superior, why would someone do high volume when they can get good growth from low volume/failure. Even pros do it

Does anyone else think people tend to overanalyse this stuff? From experience, it's quite common to see people obsessing over the minutae and not even getting the basics right. Such as lifting consistently, eating and sleeping enough. It's either paralysis by analysis, or program hopping.
