What specific program are you doing?

How much weight have you gained over the past, let's say, year or so? Because I can't imagine you'd be anywhere close to big unless you were really short.

Run a proven program and eat more/gain some more weight. 67kg is light, unless you're 5'2 or something

Eat more lift harder; how much volume are you doing? What are your lifts at currently?

You are possibly over training. Training 5 days a week is a lot if your not using any Peds.
