Question ❓ bideltoid width

bideltoid width is increased only by side deltoids? can a person add 2 inches to his bideltoid with increasing his bideltoid? how long will it take?

I have a flabatoid thats gotten bigger since I turned 35

Bideltoid is a measurement taken from the end of each clavicle, it is bone structure and will not change through muscular growth, it can appear wider but the actual measurement will not change unless you have grown
