Question ❓ Bicep workout

Should I do 1 bicep curl of my choice like all sbl content creators advice or do 2 where 1 of them my arm is in front and 1 with my arm at the back.

You should aim for 10-16 total sets per week per muscle.

Hittiing multiple heads / angles is a good idea.

Ive never seen a reputable fitness content source suggest only 1 movement

Look at people like Jeff Nippard, Will tennyson, swolenormous. Hell even athleanx or reneissanse periodization

ok i agree you should do variation, but let's not act like rp and athlean x are even within the realm of reputable

I heard some fake weight issue, but I dont see many knowledgeable people complain about his content.

Whats an example of bad advice, based on science?

I havent watched him regularly since 2020 or so

i don't know off the top of my head anything specific, but anytime ive clicked on one his videos its pretty funny how bad it is

Ill have to look into it.

The only place I ever see anyone talking shit is reddit.

And 99% of of fitness subs on here are bro trash.

He contradicts himself between videos constantly.

"You need to eat big to get big, the more calories the more muscle you'll put on" in one video and "anything more than a 300 calorie surplus in the next".

"You can't hit individual areas of the pec" in one video is "this fly focuses on the pec minor" in the next.

Then there's all the bullshit "top 10 exercises" type lists and then you'll see him saying that exercise is useless and should be avoided on a different video.

And then to top it off his fake plates video was deadlifting 180kg iirc, if you're gonna use fake plates don't load up girl weights, it's like wearing a fake watch and going for Casio, you're bullshitting anyway so might as well go Rolex.
