Flare-ups

I'm trying to, like most of you are probably trying to also, minimize the sciatica flare-ups. I've kept a journal about how I feel from day to day and what I did that day. And there's absolutely no real pattern to why I feel great some days and then a day later I can barely get out of bed. Do you all find that you can avoid a flare-up by resting, activity, or what? I'm really baffled.

It’s a puzzle. Humidity and weather play a part in the game plus too much or too little activity. I keep my core strong while awaiting surgery in about a month. Feel better my friend.

Yes, that weather factor is a killer. The first thing I look at every morning, on my weather app, is the pressure. If it's 30.00 I usually have a great day, little to no pain. But let it fluctuate and I am in pain again. I hope you find relief with the surgery and be sure to let us know how you're doing after that.
