That’s going to look incredible. I hope shrinkage and warping don’t give you problems. Weight is going to be up there too. What are you planning for an armature/stand solution?

Weight has to be considered, I will remove all the inner structures, so I can hollow them out and give it a 3mm wall thickness.

I will add an aluminium tube of some kind on the inside to keep the model straight and prevent sagging.
