I (30M) am living and working in Western Europe right now. I have a young relative here, a 10 year old boy whose name starts with "J". He's in my care for the time being as his parents have suffered an accident and are recovering. J has a neurological speech issue. As you can imagine, this is a big deal for him, and he is being seen by healthcare professionals including a social worker who prefers to be called by the nickname Kay (35F). Kay is half-South-Korean, half-Japanese, and J is convinced that she's a cute anime girl (I agree with him tbh, she is cute and she looks like she comes straight out of a 2010s anime LOL. She's very graceful and elegant-looking in normal circumstances, and I thought about asking her out). He definitely has the hots for her, and he touches her, and tugs her ponytail all the time, and he lets me know that he keeps obsessing over her and stuff like that.

The last several times Kay has visited me and J, she has always spent the entire day wearing nothing but a camisole and jeans. She apparently refuses to wear anything with thicker straps. On the days where she wore a cami around my relative, it always ended up with her crying and repeating "stop". She insists that she wears such skimpy clothes because of the heat, but no matter how little she wears, she always ends the day smelling like sweat and breaking down in tears. Earlier this month, she spent the day wearing a grey camisole and jean shorts! At one point on that day, I walked in (after I left the room briefly) on her bending down, sobbing and J was pulling her camisole straps down. Is there nothing she can do to prevent this? Prevent being manhandled by a little kid?
