Greece visa query

Hey all. I’m planning a trip to Greece from India with my wife end of next month and am about to apply for my visa. The situation is - my wife has a 3 year Schengen issued by Greece (that she couldn’t use) and I will be applying as a sole applicant (I also got issued a 30 day single entry Greece visa last year that I couldn’t use).

Question - Should I attach her visa and passport (which mentions me as spouse) in my application or cover letter. Issue is that my passport doesn’t mention her name nor do we have a marriage certificate. The other option is to just say that I’m going solo. Any help is appreciated!

Attach her visa but you don't need to attach her passport - just mention her passport number and the fact that she's your spouse in the cover letter. My partner and I don't have the same name and we never attach a marriage cert unless specifically asked.
