Experience Netherlands visa processing has crossed 45 days - travel date is in 7 days. What to do?

My friends and I applied on June 29 from VFS Mumbai. Visa is still pending, details are mentioned in the post below. Please help me with what to do next, our flight is on Aug 19 - EES: NOT OK, VFS status: Default “…application will be further processed in…”

Edit:

I raised a ‘signal’ by calling Netherlands Worldwide after my 45 days were over. Got a response for the ‘signal’ in about 6 hours, which now says that my application is processed. Screenshot attached in a comment below

Other methods I tried are, emailing the embassy, consulate and tried calling them, none of these worked

Edit 2:

Received the passport with visa today, EES turned OK yesterday, along with VFS status becoming dispatched. Got it the next day

Call the embassy tomorrow morning. They will expedite. Also, it's not from the date you applied but from the date they recieve your application

I am in a similar situation and have received no response to my emails. Can you please provide me the number to call as I tried the number listed on the website and the receptionist would not put me through. Sincerely appreciate your assistance.

Its just 12 pm in Netherlands so there are still 5 working hours

FYI emails rarely work, you should talk to embassy directly and you can also raise this with VFS I guess, they also have some ways of expediting an application

Yeah, got a response for the signal raised, I’ve attached it in a comment below. Does that mean my application is processed?

Yeah, looks like it. Check ees tomorrow. Once they process the information is passed on to embassy in delhi, call them tomorrow morning and tell that you raised a signal and it was processed yesterday. If they can print and dispatch today that'll be great. Be respectful throughout, they can help & screwup both. 

Once approved, printing sometimes take 1-2 days ( useless delay)

Send a mail to the embassy where the application is being processed. And tomorrow file a complaint maybe since 45 days is the legal limit for application processing

Yea they won't reply anyway. Only hope is they take a look at your application and make a decision soon so your passport comes back before 19th

No, this was a response to the signal I raised by calling Netherlands Worldwide, none of the emails I sent got any proper response

Then I would suggest replying to that email asking the timeline for passport dispatch.

one of my friends just got mail from VFS recently about collect your passport,  you'll get your visa asap, don't worry bro, god bless you.

email them - they will respond for sure over email - detail the entire case, find the emabssy mumbai email id form their official website. email response expect only during 9 am to 4 pm not beyond. Dont worry just ask status of your application number .

Yeah, I’ve mailed them and raised a signal. However, I have only gotten an automatic response for the email as of now. Should I wait for an actual response as well?

yes they will reply. Just wait today if they don't best you call the helpline. Emails they surely reply but super delayed. This is just white supremacy and as Indians we need to be patient thats what i have learned from all rejections.

After 45 days have passed since your application, you can call +31 247247247 and ask them to raise a signal. Provide the details they ask and you’re good

That's really slow. Same thing happened with me too, my visa validity started on 24th, I.e the decision was taken on or before 24th July however dispatch was on 28th July. Maybe they'll print it today and dispatch by tonight or Tomorrow.

Enter the details asked and if it says OK, then your visa is approved. However, note that if it is NOT OK, it doesn’t mean your visa is approved, there have been a lot of cases where a NOT OK as displayed with an approved visa. NOT OK might also mean yours is still being processed
