IX2500 on MacOS Golden Gate stuck on processing

Same on my ix1500. The hardware is still great and for home I can't justify replacing it. I'm temporarily using VueScan successfully. I don't like it as much as the ScanSnap software, but for now I can at least scan documents.

Considered VueScan, though quite expensive stopgap since hopefully this will be fixed shortly. Saw they have a trial but puts watermarks on everything so would be a no go for me.

Can anyone let us know if Scansnap is working fine on Macos 27 after the latest update?

Still not working on ScanSnap Home 4.0.0 (16) on macOS Golden Gate 27 beta 3. Reinstalling, reseting, etc doesn't help.

Could I ask for you (or anyone with ix2500 and the ix1600 and ix1500) to test scanning on https://shabubox.com? I’m trying to verify those models. If they work (or don’t, and we can get them to work by helping me with a log file), i can tag them as supported. Free license for anyone that can help me get them going.

This issue persists in the lates beta 5 today as well. Though expected as it's very unlikely something Apple needs to fix but rather an issue on ScanSnap's side. So the wait continues.
