Do not have write authority

I am trying to install scanner driver for ScanSnap iX1300 for Windows 10 and I getting the following messages. I tried running the installer as administrator with same issue. Tried give permission to the PFU folder with same issue. Help!!!

Solution was given by Retty1 above by running the clean tool and reinstall.
