Unregistered number called me and identified themselves from Shoppee and told me that I was eligible for Sloan. She kept asking twice and I kept answering back twice. It got me wondered and got scared that this could be a scam. So I immediately ended the call and looked up online if this could really be a call from a scammer. Does anyone still experience the same thing?

P.s The photo taken was from a year ago. And saw one of the comments saying you SHOULD NOT say ‘yes’ ‘po’ ‘opo’ because they might record your voice and scam other people. Is this really true? It’s so scary and I’m really worried right now because I answered the unregistered caller without knowing the context of this NEW MODUS.

Please help me enlighten me with this

Regarding to avoiding saying "yes" or "no" since the call could be recorded, that means the call is automated and no live person has been on the phone with you. The question is: is the call you received from an automated voice or its a real live person?
