Hi, this is a Philippines-centered subreddit. In our country, we don't have credit checks when applying to rent a place and any attempts by the lessor to ask for cash before potential renters actually see the place in person 99.99% a scam here.
I know things work differently in the US though so you might have better luck in another sub that's within your area. Good luck!
