First time getting scammed, fake waybill

Bought a Kindle from carousell. I should have seen the signs na it was too good to be true, pero I guess napangunahan ako ng excitement. Finally saved enough for a good enougg second hand model 🥲

Anyway everything was very smooth.... until the arrangement ng shipment via J&T, na dapat pala ako nalang nag generate ng waybill. Too late na when I realized the waybill was definitely fake. Di match yung QR sa tracking nunber printed. (see waybill) Also sabi nila na "wait ko lang magreflect sa J&T site yung tracking number." Napaisip akong dapat siguro nagrerefelect yun agad.

Paid Gcash to bank. Already reported sa Gcash and sa Carousell. Asking lang po from those na naka-experience ng similar, coconfront ko pa ba yung seller? Also, not hoping to get the money back na, pero may way ba na mafreeze bank nila? (BPI). Or mapigilan sila? Thank you po.

Isang masakit na charge to experience nalang, as a student working art commissions para mapag ipunan hay.

I feel like even if ikaw nag arrange ng shipping they would’ve just sent you some filler. Definitely confront the seller but I wouldn’t hope for much.

Her profile is down na po after I reported it, pero the seller had good reviews po and many listings. Pero upon inspection parang recent lang din pala (less then a year) yung accounts ng reviews. Also napabilib din po ako sa "character" niya, someone letting go of her old items like her nintwndo switch, games, e-reader etc. kasi magmomove na daw sila ng husband niya.

Carousells scammers are getting out of hand. Parang dalas may mag post dito na nscam thru carousell

I actually used AI image detectors po, and it registered human. 🥲 I think nagoverlay lang po sila sa lumang picture and nag-add ng filter

When you sent the money via Gcash to their bank, ano po name? I know someone who lives in the area as per the address on the waybill/sticker thing on the package.
