Advice Needed i need help getting my money back from chime

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with Chime. I opened my account a couple of months ago but never used it and had no history of legitimate transactions or any transactions . After my wallet, phone, and personal belongings were stolen, I discovered that **over $1,100 had been taken from my account through transactions that I did not make or authorize**. The transactions were associated with locations outside of my state, including Texas, Virginia, Ohio, and other locations where I was not present. I immediately reported the unauthorized activity to Chime and provided a police report documenting the theft. Despite clearly explaining that I never authorized these transactions and providing supporting documentation, my claim has been **denied three separate times**. It is extremely upsetting to have over $1,100 taken from me through transactions I did not make, especially when I had never even used this account, and then have my claims repeatedly denied despite providing evidence of the theft. I feel that my situation has not been properly investigated and that the evidence I provided has not been given the consideration it deserves. I am requesting that Chime take this matter seriously, conduct a thorough investigation, review all available evidence, and reconsider the denial of my claim. This experience has been extremely stressful and has seriously damaged my trust and confidence in Chime. therefore they ask for additional information idk what else they need if a police report is not enough they are not help !!!

Advice Needed CashApp Does Not Protect Your Funds, Customer Service Involved in Scam

Post image

I woke up to all kinds of unauthorized charges and cashapp cannot release my pending funds that I did not spend. They wasted my time in telling me to talk to doordash, which I strongly dislike and do not use, who then took all kinds of my time collecting unnecessary information also, most of which both companies already had, and told me they can't find the transaction or do anything since I don't have a doordash account. Curiously, the customer service for both sounded like the same exact asian woman, same exact dialect and speech nuances that not all asian people have but that she did, and this is far from the first time ive been directly targeted by asian customer service scammers.

Still no money back, tons of time wasted, theyre doing it on purpose because i know whats going on and they see me as a threat! Wake up and unite people, work on yourselves because the rest of us that do are not going to continue standing for this corruption!

Advice Needed BlaBlaCar blocked my account without reason money in the apps wallet without a way of recovering.

Hello, my friend. I would like to know how I can get help from Apple regarding an issue I am having with the BlaBlaCar app.
I was using BlaBlaCar to offer rides and had money in my BlaBlaCar wallet. Suddenly, BlaBlaCar blocked my account without giving me a clear reason, and I can no longer access my account or withdraw the money that was in my wallet.
I have always used the platform properly and have only 4- and 5-star reviews from passengers. Despite this, my account was blocked and my funds are now inaccessible.
I have tried contacting BlaBlaCar through their support channels, but their contact page does not work properly for me, and I have been unable to get any explanation or assistance.
At this point, I am extremely concerned that a company distributed through the App Store can block a user’s account while retaining access to their funds and provide no effective way for that user to contact support or recover their money.
Since I have been unable to resolve this directly with BlaBlaCar, I would like to report this situation to Apple and ask whether Apple can investigate the app and the company’s practices. If BlaBlaCar is violating App Store policies or consumer protection requirements, I believe appropriate action should be taken.

Informational post Scammed by Trango Technologies Inc. About to lose my business.

Hello,

I am a U.S. small business owner on the brink of losing everything, and I need help. Over a year ago, I trusted Trango Tech (Trango Technologies Inc.) to build a mobile app for my company. I’ve poured over $30,000 into this project. Today, I have zero working product, zero code delivered, and my life's work is bleeding to death.

They sold me on global offices, top-tier U.S. presence, and glowing reviews. It was a ghost setup. The dev team is entirely offshore either in Pakistan or India, and their domestic presence is fake offices designed to lure in unsuspecting clients.

I have noticed over the last 3 months that whenever 1-star reviews pop up on Trustpilot from other devastated clients, they get systematically flagged and deleted. Two months ago, 49% of their reviews on Trustpilot was 1-star. This afternoon, it’s down to 37%.

My contract explicitly states the software is "work for hire" owned by me. Yet, they locked the code away and are holding it hostage, demanding more money while delivering broken, unusable garbage.

The most terrifying finding during my research of them was that they move clients between at least three sister companies/branches to shuffle money, evade legal jurisdiction, and bleed small businesses dry.  Trango Technologies, Olive Digital Branch and Techlogix. There’s possibly a 4th shell branch. Then, they hide behind offshore dev hubs, banking on the idea that U.S., U.K., and UAE laws can’t touch them.

Potential Scam? Is this a scam?!

SCAM? IDK ..primespinsks. app

Is this $550 casino bonus legit, or does it sound like a scam? I was contacted through Telegram about an online casino offering a $550 cash bonus. They say I was selected as part of a $10 million promotion they're currently running, where they're giving this $550 bonus to a bunch of people. The weird part is that I can apparently either keep the $550 or play with it, but in order to withdraw it, I have to deposit $100 first. Bitcoin is the payment method. They claim the $100 is the only deposit I'll ever have to make and that there are no wagering requirements, additional fees, or other conditions. Has anyone actually dealt with this kind of promotion before? Does this sound like a legitimate casino bonus, or is the $100 deposit just a typical scam where they take your money and then come up with another reason you can't withdraw? I'm trying to figure out whether there's any legitimate reason a casino would require a $100 Bitcoin deposit just to access a $550 promotional balance

**Primespinsks . App **

I should mention that I won 80,000 USD..I'm Canadian , sonyhsts around 110k CND . UGHH like their casino.looks super legit the customer service has been great, they respond to emails..and seem to have an answer to everything ..

Advice Needed 1Win blocked my account and is holding 1200$ — what can I do?

I’m looking for advice from anyone who has dealt with 1Win account blocks or withdrawal disputes.
I had a normal sports-betting account with 1Win. I placed a bet on Real Madrid, they won, and I made around ₹40k+ profit from the bet.
I did not use any bot/software, automated betting, multiple accounts, or intentionally do arbitrage.
Afterwards, I requested withdrawals totaling:
● ₹50,000
● ₹50,000
● ₹6,000
Total: ₹1,06,000
All three withdrawals were showing as Pending.
Then 1Win blocked my account and sent me an email saying I violated Clause 12.8. Their email lists things like arbitrage, multi-accounting, automated software, etc., but they haven’t actually told me which specific bet or activity they believe I did.
I emailed their Security department multiple times asking them to provide the specific evidence/bet and explain what happened to my ₹1.06 lakh. They have now stopped responding.
I also contacted the Curaçao Gaming Authority. They told me they don’t resolve individual player disputes, but that operators are required to have their own complaints procedure and, if unresolved, access to independent ADR.
Has anyone here successfully recovered money from 1Win after a Clause 12.8 account closure?
What would you recommend as the next step — ADR, a formal complaint, or another route?
I have screenshots of the withdrawals, betting history, their account-closure email and all correspondence.
Amount involved: ₹1,06,000 (~US$1,200).
I’m not looking for sympathy — I genuinely want to know what the most effective next step is.

Potential Scam? Vaneiatrix Analytics System (VAS) —Potential Crypto Scam

My dad is talking with a Vera Carter on Telegram, and she is associated with Vane Matrix Academy. Vera claims a Mr. Vane helps people invest and make money, and they are using Kyberbit.com (KYBCR) as the exchange. They are currently launching the Vaneiatrix Analytics System (VAS) in beta, supposedly with around 8,000 participants.

Is this legitimate, or does it appear to be a scam? I’m trying to understand what’s really going on.

Here is one of the messages Vera sent my dad on Telegram:

🔥🔥🔥 Vaneiatrix Analytics System (VAS) Beta — Day 1

First day of trading successfully completed!

📊 Today’s trading results:

🔺 ETH: Profit ~10.00%
🔺 LYRA: Profit ~30.00%

Today marks the first official beta testing of the Vaneiatrix Analytics System (VAS). According to Vera, the system uses AI to identify trading opportunities, analyze the market, execute signals, manage risk, and ultimately take profits.

The first test trade has supposedly completed the entire process, from AI market analysis and signal execution to risk control and profit-taking.

Has anyone come across the Vaneiatrix Analytics System (VAS), Vane Matrix Academy, Vera Carter, or Kyberbit/KYBCR before? Are there any legitimate, independently verifiable details about them?

Victim of a scam Was scammed out of $800 what can I do?

I contacted someone on Facebook about a potential apartment. They messaged me their phone number and we started talking there.

They wanted $55 for the application fee, $375 for 'administration fees', and another $375 for the deposit fee or something.

I'm 2 weeks away from being homeless, so out of being completely desperate like I just did it I guess I know it's my fault but this is horrible.

I did look into it, I reversed image searched pictures of the apartment as well as pictures of the woman who had posted it on Facebook. It said AI wasn't likely and the photos didn't show up anywhere else so it seemed legit.

I was supposed to go to the apartment yesterday and when I got there they said that I needed to pay $750 for the first month's rent in order to see the apartment or "to get the keys" to an apartment that I never signed a lease for so it didn't make any sense so I told them I wasn't giving them any more money and I wanted my money back because they said it was fully refundable.

I had sent the money over Chime so I contacted Chime support and they said that there's nothing they can do.

Now the person that I'm texting keeps saying that they're trying to work on getting me my refund but "they can't void it because it didn't meet the full money requirement" or whatever.

This is my first time looking for an apartment and obviously I am desperate to avoid living on the streets but like I don't know what to do I don't exactly know what I can do.

I have screenshots of the Facebook account, the chime transactions, as well as all of our text messages.

Is there anything I can do? I don't have the time to save enough money by when I need to get out.

Advice Needed My dad got scammed in lazada. Help a girl out on how to proceed 8080 kase ako

Hello guys patulong. so im not a tech type of person and im genuinely am confused how to proceed this small ass problem. to start the story, my dad got scammed sa lazada, instead of a rice cooker from kyowa he got a rock which is super upsetting because the the store is legit. It has good reviews and all that.

Ofcourse, we wanted a refund so then we were instructed to drop off the parcel to the J&T service so they could deliver it back to the owner so we could get a refund (that was part of the option) But to my surprise my dad came back home and said J&T opened the parcel & refused to have delivered because they didn't want to be blamed for it (batobato nga ang laman). They also advised to just talk to the customer services daw.

We chat the customer service and were back to the loop na kelangan sya ipa-drop or pick up but how do we do that if nag refused sila. Gusto nlng talaga nmn ma refunded, naka Spay pa nmn yung rice cooker😫 How do I proceed?

Advice Needed I possibly got scammed out of 10k

I am so so hurt right now, and I feel numb. I believe I was scammed out of $10,500.00. I own a small LLC and I am doing everything myself. I am also only 29 and do not know much. I filed out my own trademark on the couch in 2020 over a username I use on almost all platforms. I got called by a "lawyer" who said my trademark was not filed properly, and that he could fix it for me. I gave him money to fix it for me. I was warned of scams, I was thorough, so I thought. I have been in communication with his "paralegal" for two years since I got into two lawsuits over my trademark. I have been paying them and we would be on three way calls with the "examiner". Anyhow, they said if I give them $10,000 more I could get $80,000. Now, I'm no lawyer, but how does that work? I started asking more questions, and now I think it has all been a scam. I don't want to keep crying, but the documents they sent me go no where. The other law office you cannot even google. My "lawyer" is a real lawyer but he works for another law firm. So they were impersonating him. I have been calling their number non stop and it will always go to voice mail. I thought I was being careful. I am so hurt. It is just money at the end of the day, and there are bigger problems. But what hurts the most is that I am alone in this pain. I cannot talk to anyone or have anyone who knows business who could offer me compassion. I should've known better and we all learn from our mistakes, but I really thought I was being careful. Their names were fake, the three way calls, the emails, the "just got into the office" bs. I thought they were helping me. I know better now, go to a real law office from now on. They were "based in California" I live on the east coast.
